I've been using this system for nine months now. So far I've not become pregnant so it seems to be working.
The persona monitor is nicely designed to be discrete, it's small and very easy to use.
When you get up in the morning, before going to the loo, you open it up and you'll see either a red light (no sex) a green light(feel free) or an amber one, this amber light means you have to test your first urine of the day with one of the test sticks and it will then give a red or green light and tell you whether you are ovulating.
Doing every test is very important as cycles often vary.

This is a great birth control method if you understand the risks and you and your partner are willing to follow the rules, it doesn't stop any sexually transmitted infections so is only really suitable for committed relationships.
It's also a bit of a pain if you are traveling as the tests still have to be done.
